Clutch lever forged - HONDA

Forged levers are considerably stronger than die-cast and is often the difference between a broken lever or a bent lever. By forging the aluminum ingot, the lever is stamped into the part shaped by tons of force that creates a strong lever, whereas die-cast is poured into a mold as liquid and is subject to porosity and thus not as strong.
