CC Products spokes are made in our spoke machine in our own warehouse in Sweden. We use Swedish stainless steel spoke wire with a tensile strength of 1450 N/mm2 and a yield strength of 1250 N/mm2!
The spokes are manufactured as accurately as possible to OEM specifications and sold as replacement spokes for original hubs and rims unless otherwise stated.

Spoke size: 20 spokes of 4x160 mm. Inner spoke on both sides.
Spoke size: 20 spokes of 4x169 mm. Outer spoke on both sides.
OEM Ref. Not Available, this spoke is especially made for Excel rim with standard lacing.
Nipple size: 7,6x20 mm. (9G/300)
If the spoke nipple holes are smaller or larger you may need to change spoke nipples to another size.

- On some models, the brake caliper can touch the spokes, so it may be necessary to grind a bit on the caliper, see pictures.
